Rally Cancellation Policy: Written cancellations post-marked at least 71 days prior to the start of The Good Sam Rallies are subject to a $25 handling fee. Cancellations post-marked between 70 and 29 days prior to the start of The Rallies are subject to a $50.00 handling fee. Cancellations post-marked 28 days or later forfeit 75% of the total event fee. No refunds will be made after The Rally starts. All cancellations must be requested in writing and sent to: The Good Sam Rally, P. O. Box 8535, Ventura, CA 93002. Once final packets with window cards have been mailed, the window cards must be returned with a letter of cancellation before a refund is processed.
Please note that while we will do our best to accommodate you in the event that parking, scheduling or other logistical problems result from adverse weather conditions or other events beyond our reasonable control, we are not responsible for any costs you may incur as a result of any such weather problems or other events that are beyond our reasonable control.
Affinity is committed to providing reasonable accommodations for our disabled RV tour participants when it is in our control to do so. To assist us in providing this service, we request that you provide us with information concerning any accommodations you will need on the tour at the time of booking. Please keep in mind that we make arrangements with a number of third parties when scheduling events and will need advance notice as soon as possible in order to accommodate special needs. Please remember that at many tour destinations, the accommodations are temporary in nature and may not have all conveniences. Many events may include considerable walking and may not be comfortable for all participants. Facilities, such as seating for the disabled at special events, may not always be positioned with the rest of the group depending on access. We invite you to ask questions regarding specific tours in order to determine if the tours will meet your needs.
A liability release form will be sent to all 2012 Rally participants prior to the event. This form must be completed and signed by all participants before they will be issued name badge holders for entry into The Rally.
