Project Linus – 2013 Blanket Drive
Get Involved! The Rally is recruiting “Blanketeers” for our 2013 Blanket Drive to benefit Project Linus.
We are delighted to announce that Camping World/Good Sam will partner with Project Linus for a Blanket Drive at both of the 2013 Rallies. Project Linus is a nationwide non-profit organization that provides blankets for children who are seriously ill, traumatized, or otherwise in need. Blankets are collected locally and distributed to children in hospitals, shelters, social service agencies, or anywhere that a child might be in need of a big hug!
Camping World/Good Sam Rally guests can get involved by knitting, crocheting, quilting blankets for donation and bringing them to the Rally. Children and new crafters can participate also by making no-sew fleece blankets.
Visit the Project Linus Facebook page to learn more about the important work this organization is doing around the nation. http://www.facebook.com/projectlinus
