HONEYWAGON & WATER SERVICE
Honeywagon and Water Delivery will be provided for an additional fee of $25.00 per service. Tickets for the service will be sold from a table in the registration area (South Wing “C” foyer) Tuesday, July 20 thru Friday, July 23 from 9:00 a.m. – 4:00 p.m.
LOCATOR CARDS
Locator cards are the only way of finding you in the parking area if we need to locate you in the event of an emergency. After you are parked, a parking staff volunteer will present you with a locator card with your parking location information. Please bring the completed locator card with you to the Rally Information/Registration Center to complete your registration process.
MERCHANDISE AND SOUVENIRS
Caps, jackets, shirts, T-shirts, sweatshirts and lapel pins – all with the official Rally logo – are available during the Rally from Sports Image Apparel of Indiana, the only licensed outlet for The Rally clothing and souvenirs. Click here to visit The Rally Store.
SEMINARS AND CRAFTS
The Daily Schedule in The Rally Program will list the times and locations for all the seminars and craft sessions scheduled Wednesday through Sunday. Some seminars are repeated for the convenience of those who may be off grounds during the first presentation of a particular seminar.
SERVICE ARRANGEMENTS
RV manufacturers, aftermarket product manufacturers and suppliers exhibiting at The Rally have been invited to provide emergency service performed by trained personnel for Rally guests. Since space is limited, service and installation vehicles will be dispatched into the RV parking areas to perform the work. Rally guests needing such emergency service must contact the appropriate company at their exhibit booths, and/or at the servicing company’s display area. Service arrangements can be made when the exhibit areas open. Financial arrangements for the payment of service work are the mutual responsibility of the servicing company and the RV owner and are not the responsibility of The Rally.
WRISTBANDS AND BADGES
Wristbands are required for all Youth Activity Area participants and are available through Youth Coordinators at the Youth registration table in the Rally Information/Registration Center. Public Gate patrons will be required to wear a guest badge that will be provided when entering the grounds.
YOUTH ACTIVITIES
Young adults ages 13 to 17 and children ages 6 to 12 must register for the program. Registration will take place at The Rally Information/Registration Center. Registration in the Youth Activities Area will be open during regular hours shown on the schedule. All youth program participants must be accompanied by a parent or guardian at the time of registration. Parents will receive a separate youth activity schedule at the time of registration.
The Rally’s full schedule of youth activities means children and teens ages 6 through 17 are occupied for nearly all Rally operation hours, so parents and grandparents are free to browse the exhibits and attend seminars.
